Jorge M. Vigil focuses his practice in representing investors and developers in real estate purchase, sale, development, use, and management, including land acquisition and finance, disposition of real estate assets, commercial real estate leasing and management, and permitting and regulatory approvals.
He has significant experience with the formation and ongoing representation of large real estate development partnerships, including handling all aspects of the partnership formation and structure and private placements of securities in real estate development projects.
Mr. Vigil additionally represents and assists banks and finance companies in real estate secured finance transactions. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush to the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority in 2006, where he still serves. In 2010, elected to be Treasurer of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority.
Served on the Board of Directors of the LatinBuilder’s Association from 2001-2006 and was named “Attorney of the Year” by the Latin Builder’s Association in 2001Serves by mayoral appointment on the City of Doral, Police Advisory Board.
March of Dimes named him an award finalist by the organization for outstanding achievement in Real Estate Law in 2005
